Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)
These Terms govern the use of ZaikoPilot (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Article 2 (Account)
- Users must register accurate information and manage their accounts responsibly.
- Transfer or lending of accounts is prohibited.
- We are not liable for damages caused by unauthorized use of your account.
- The App is intended for users aged 13 and older.
Article 3 (Service Description)
The App provides household inventory management services including:
- Automatic stock countdown management
- Low-stock alerts and shopping list
- Family sharing features
- Push notifications
Article 4 (Pricing & Subscriptions)
The App offers a Free plan and a PRO plan.
- Free Plan: Up to 10 items. Ads are displayed.
- PRO Plan ($2.99/month): Unlimited items, no ads. If one family member is PRO, all members benefit.
- The PRO plan is an auto-renewable subscription. It will automatically renew at the end of each billing period and charge your registered payment method.
- Pricing is as displayed on the App Store / Google Play purchase screen. Prices may vary by region and exchange rate.
- If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid plan when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial to avoid charges.
- To cancel on iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds are subject to Apple / Google refund policies.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property)
- All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or their rightful owners.
- Users retain ownership of their registered data, but grant us a limited license to use it for service provision.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in the following:
- Activities violating laws or public order
- Interfering with service operations
- Unauthorized collection of other users' personal information
- Unauthorized access or reverse engineering
- Other activities deemed inappropriate by us
Article 7 (Service Changes/Suspension)
We may change or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages resulting from such changes.
Article 8 (Withdrawal & Account Deletion)
- Users may delete their account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.
- All user data will be promptly and permanently deleted upon account deletion.
- Family owners must delete the family before deleting their account.
- Users who signed in via social login (Apple / Google) can revoke social login access from within the App.
- If you have an active subscription, you must also cancel it separately through the App Store / Google Play after deleting your account.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- Stock information in the App is for reference only. We are not responsible for discrepancies with actual stock.
- We are not liable for service interruptions due to communication or system failures.
Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
We will notify users of any changes to these Terms via in-app notification or email prior to the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Article 11 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
